Description:
The Dehaviland Dh-5 Stagger Back Wing Fighter Was Highly Unpopular With Pilots And A Failure At Air Fighting. It Was Mainly Use Din Low Level Attackeds On Enemy Troops. It Served From June To December 1917 Before Being Withdrawn.The Germans Also Produced An Unpopular Fighter During This Time, The Roland D-I II Fighters With A Center Pylon Holding The Top Wing Which Blocked Pilots Forward View. The Fighter Also Tended To Break Up In The Air During Violent Combat Maneuvers. It Was Sent To Less Active Sectors Of The Front.
