After The Sopwith Struter Came The Pup A Small Single Seater, With A Single Synchronized Gun, That Often Failed To Work. Yet In The Hand Of British Navy Aces Like Lt. Little, From Australia, It Was A Match For The Lesser German Biplane Fighters Like The Fokker D-II And The Halberstadt D-II. By The End Of November 1916, Lt. Little Had Shot Down Two Of These Halberstadt Fighters. Little Achieved 44 Victories In The Air Before He Too Was Killed Trying To Shoot Down A Gotha Bomber In A Sopwith Camel, At Night.
