Unfortunately Both Pilots Were Killed.Perhaps The Most Famous Aero Dual Of WWI Was Between Richtofen And The British Flyer, Lanoe Hawker. The Two Meet At 10,000 Feet And Fought Down To 250 Feet. The Fight Was Viewed By Thousand Of Men Of Both Sides. Lanoe Hawker Died When His Plane Crashed. The Plane Richtofen Was Flying Was An All Red Albatross.
