The Clouds As Depicted In The Painting Were Observed While Flying In A Commercial Jet At 33,000 Feet From St. Louis To Philadelphia. The T-38 Was Chosen Because I Consider It The Most Beautiful Bird In The Air Force, Plus I Had The Opportunity To See Them Close Up At Randolph Air Force Base In Texas.
