The 335th Tactical Fighter Squadron Was The First Interdiction Unit To Deploy. The Shooting Started On 16 January 1991 And Lasted For Six Weeks. During That Time The 336th Flew 1088 Combat Missions, Totalling 3274 Hours. They Spent Six Million Pounds Of Bombs And Missiles, Lost Three Aircraft (One In Training) With Four Pilots Lost And Four Captured.
