Brown Was Born In Dallas, Texas, January 25, 1923 And Served Two Tours Of Combat With The 355th Fighter Group, Scoring 16 Victories In The Air And 14 Destructions On The Ground Before Being Shot Down In Germany. He Spent 7 Months In Stalag Luft 3 Before Liberation By The Peace. He Was Decorated With The D.S.C., The Silver Star, The D.F.C. With 4 Clusters, The Air Medal With 18 Clusters, The Purple Heart, The Eto Ribbon With 4 Combat Stars, And The Presidential Unit Citation.
