Major General St. Clair Streett - Commanding General For The 3rd Air Force, Later The 2nd Air Force And Member Of The Joint Chiefs Of Staff. He Commanded The First Flight Of Planes To Alaska In 1920, For Which He Shared The Mackay Trophy With Other Members Of The Flight. He Also Has The D.F.C. And The Purple Heart. He Commanded The 13th Air Force In The Pacific Theater And Has Recently Been Awarded The Distinguished Service Medal With Oakleaf Cluster And The Legion Of Merit. At Present He Commands The Continental Air Forces With Headquarters At Bolling Air Force Field.
